Alternatives to Goal Setting

Did you meet your 2021 goals? And what are your goals for 2022?

It’s that time of the year when everyone is talking about goals. It can feel crushing when you don’t meet your goals personally, and it can be even more devastating when your business goals fall short. And if even talking about goals is making you roll your eyes or making your stomach hurt, then we ask you to take a step back, set your goals aside, and try out a few alternatives to goal setting. • Ask yourself if you did your best

  • Establish value-driven anti-goals

  • Focus on establishing productive systems

Ultimately, there are many factors that impact the results of your goals, and those results do not define you or your business. If goals make you feel down on yourself more than they inspire or encourage you, then we suggest shaking things up for 2022.
