Offering business consulting services in strategic planning, operations improvement, communications management, and leadership coaching to a portfolio of clients across industries, Pilar’s approach connects strategy with storytelling, drawing both from her professional experience and training.
Pilar earned an MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and an MFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, all while working as an entrepreneur and professional artist after graduating cum laude from Princeton University.
Committed to facilitating learning, Pilar regularly mentors founders through programs at Princeton University: the Princeton Entrepreneurship Council's START program and the E-Club Mentorship program.
She offers regular workshops and speaks at universities such as The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania on creativity in business, starting and managing businesses, crafting compelling communications, and human-centered leadership.
Through More Canvas, she runs an annual internship program to develop skills and experiences for students and career switchers. Pilar is currently on the board of the United Way of Greater Mercer County (UWGMC) and is a founding board member of the Princeton Arts Alumni.
